From humble beginnings in little bars across Northern Italy, the Aperol Spritz craze has spread across the continents, with people all around the globe connecting over Italy’s number one cocktail.
Making the perfect Aperol Spritz is as easy as 3-2-1. The official ratio is 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda.
To make the perfect Aperol Spritz, you will need:
- 75 ml prosecco
- 50 ml Aperol
- 25 ml soda
- Plenty of ice
- A slice of orange and an olive to garnish
Fill your glass with plenty of ice
Add 50ml Aperol then 75ml Prosecco
Add 25ml of soda and stir – add more ice to fill the glass if needed.
Garnish with an orange slice & olive on a cocktail stick.
Serve and enjoy!
