Coco di Mama have launched a new seasonal pasta sauce for summer 2018, created with leading chef and pasta expert Theo Randall.
Coco and Theo’s seasonal summer sauce is the Sicilian Summer Chicken. It's made with aubergine, courgette, chargrilled peppers, capers and can be enjoyed with pasta, gluten free pasta or wild rice.
The sauce is exclusively available at Coco di Mama alongside other sauces developed in partnership with Theo such as Spicy Tuscan Sausage and Beef & Chianti Ragu.
Theo Randall has been a lover of Italian food since childhood, and made his name as head chef at the renowned River Café, and then his own award-winning restaurant, Theo Randall at The InterContinental. Theo has worked alongside the Coco di Mama team to create these sauce recipes. He says, “Coco di Mama have demonstrated that great Italian food can also be served quickly, and I’ve loved the challenge of creating these special recipes to reflect the best autumn ingredients".
