We offer a range of 30-minute delivery slots Mondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays) and we try our best to deliver in your selected timeslot.

• Breakfast delivery slots range between 8:00 – 10:30
• Lunch delivery slots range between
  • 11:30 – 19:00 (if ordering from our Holborn or Canary Wharf location)
  • 11:30 - 16:30 (if ordering from our Bishopsgate location)
  • 11:30 - 15:00 (if ordering from our White City location)

All orders can be placed up to 14 days in advance.

Please note that we use external delivery partners, so when selecting delivery time slots, please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive as the time may be subject to parking availability, traffic, road diversions and weather which can unfortunately be unpredictable at times.

For all orders, please ensure someone is onsite to accept deliveries or add delivery instructions if this can be left with a neighbour or at reception.

Breakfast orders must be placed by 3pm the working day before the delivery.

Lunch orders must be placed by 5pm the working day before the delivery.

If you’d like to place a large order (e.g. over £1,000), we recommend doing it at least 2 days before the delivery to make sure our kitchen can fulfil your order.

You can amend or cancel your order until 11am the working day before the delivery. If you need to make any changes after this time, please get in touch with us at deliveries@cocodimama.co.uk and we'll try our best to help.

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 days in advance of your delivery day – please log in to your Coco di Mama deliveries account and click on My Orders under your Name, where you will be able to cancel your order online.

If you are unable to do so or it is less than 2 days before your delivery day which means the option is not available online, please reach out to our team at deliveries@cocodimama.co.uk and we’ll try our best to help.

Please note that we are unable to accept same day cancellations or cancellations over the phone.

We always indicate allergens contained within the recipes, but please be aware that our dishes are prepared in small and busy kitchens that handle allergens, so we cannot guarantee that our food & drink are allergen-free.

We have full allergen information for all our dishes available in our stores & online, so please do take a look before placing any orders if you have any specific needs, concerns, or questions.

To qualify for an account, your orders need to total up to a minimum of £500 monthly.

To open your account, please email us at deliveries@cocodimama.co.uk. Please bear in mind our payment terms are 28 days. If your payments are not kept up to date, we have the right to deactivate your account.
