We’ve team up with bestselling cookbook author Emma Petersen to create two delicious new menu items: a nourishing Calabrian Hot Honey Glazed Salmon Grain Box and a fresh, scrumptious Pesto Salmon Salad.

Known for her Healthy-ish, high protein recipes, Emma’s food is all about balance, big flavour and making eating well feel effortless and genuinely satisfying. That’s why we knew she’d be the perfect fit for Coco di Mama.

Say ciao to your new favourite lunch! Inspired by flavours of the Mediterranean, each grain box is packed with protein and fibre, served hot and start from just £8.95. Choose from Lemon & Herb Chicken, Hot Honey Pulled Pork, Calabrian Chilli Chickpea, or Emma Petersen’s Calabrian Hot Honey Glazed Salmon.

Rich ragus, Italian classics, and bold flavours are made to comfort, excite, and disappear fast… so don’t wait.

Oh, and let’s not forget about our newest signature dish, the Pancetta, Pesto & Mushroom. A velvety sauce of portobello, porcini, and shiitake mushrooms is infused with fragrant herbs and finished with smoky, crispy pancetta… Comforting, hearty, and proof that the classics always have your back.

Strap in, there’s more… We bring you three new light and fluffy sourdough pinsas.

Kicking things off, we have the Pancetta Carbonara Pinsa, with silky bechamel base with black pepper and Gran Formaggio, topped with torn mozzarella and crispy pancetta. Creamy, salty and an absolute must-try!

Or, how about a comforting classic: the humble Margherita Pinsa. The timeless trio done the Coco way: sweet tomato, fresh basil, and torn mozzarella on a light, fluffy sourdough base. Simple, classic, and always delicious.

Finally, our all new vegan option, the Genovese Pesto Pinsa. A vibrant pesto topped with red Sunblush tomatoes, yellow semi-dried tomatoes and herby roasted mushrooms on a fluffy sourdough base, everyone will love this one.

Last, but definitely not least, we’re introducing a delicious new grab & go range.

Soft, golden loaves stacked with Italian flavour. From tender pulled chicken with Fior di Latte mozzarella and herby pesto mayo, to the timeless Caprese with ripe plum tomatoes and vibrant basil pesto. For a deli-style fix, our mortadella and cheddar combo hits all the right notes, while the Rainbow Ciabatta keeps it plant-based and full of colour with marinated carrots, pickled onions, crunchy spinach and creamy Superstraccia®. Wholesome, hearty, and loaded with the good stuff. This is lunch done properly.

New Bomboloni just dropped!!!

We already know our Bomboloni are absolutely iconic. Biscoff and Double Chocolate have a cult following for a reason.

But this winter, we’re raising the stakes with three brand-new flavours. Say Buongiorno to Very Berry Bomboloni, with a delicious mixed berry filling, Pistachio Bomboloni, stuffed with silky pistachio cream and Chocolate Hazelnut Bomboloni, oozing with a rich, nutty centre. Mini and fluffy, they’re small in size but massive in flavour. Trust us: this is the good stuff you’ll be dreaming about long after lunch.
