Coronavirus - Coco Di Mama

Coronavirus

It is with great regret that we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our Coco di Mama stores on Wednesday 18th March. This is to protect the health and safety of our teams and customers.

We have been working around the clock to avoid this, but we do believe these actions are required to give us the best chance of maintaining health & our business for everyone. We will also be temporarily closing all of our delivery services until further notice.

We want to send out our best wishes to you all, especially those that have been affected by Covid-19. We are in this together, and we hope to see you all again in our stores once this is over.

From everyone at Coco di Mama, we want to thank you for your continued support as loyal customers. Coming together and supporting each other in these difficult times will give us every chance to be even stronger going forward.

Love, The Coco di Mama team

A little follow-up note

We’ve tried to think through some of the questions you might have whilst we are in hibernation and can’t respond directly.

When will you open again?

We are currently unable to provide an exact timeline on when we will re-open our stores.  We will be closely monitoring the government’s guidance and policies on social distancing and will open when it is in the best interest of all our teams and customers.

Are you looking after your teams?

Looking after our team members is one of our main priorities and to ensure that we retain jobs for store and head office team members. Under the ‘Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme’ our team members will receive a grant of 80% of their monthly salary up to £2,500 for as long as the government is providing the scheme and we remain closed.

During this time are teams, we are still supporting out teams to help manage their physical and emotional wellbeing, and help them find alternative work or volunteering opportunities. We are in regular contact with all of our teams to make sure they feel supported and still a part of the Coco di Mama family.
