Your order qualifies for a stamp when you spend a minimum of £2.45 in our London stores. You can only earn up to five stamps each day.
You can choose from a small or large coffee (excluding seasonal specials), a hot or iced drink, a breakfast item, a snack, a dessert, a midi or grande pasta pot (toppings will be paid extra), a salad, sandwich or grain box. The reward cannot be used on catering or delivery orders.
There sure is! Our app is all about rewarding those who love Coco, and as our VIP we’ll treat you to a special birthday voucher and a lot more seasonal freebies and discounts. Just turn your notifications on and keep an eye out!
You can only earn up to five stamps daily. You can only earn a stamp every two hours.
Yes, Click & Collect orders do qualify for a stamp as long as they are over £2.45.
Yes, you can use your reward to pay part or all of your Click & Collect order. Just apply your voucher at the checkout.
Delivery orders don’t currently qualify for a stamp, but this is something we are looking to introduce so keep an eye out.

You can only redeem your Club Coco rewards on instore and Click & Collect orders. They are not applicable on delivery orders.
Your vouchers’ expiry day will be displayed on the app, so make sure to use them by their expiry date.
You can only use one reward/voucher code per order.
Not to worry! Please email us with a photo of your receipt or the transaction on your payment history and we will manually add the stamp onto your account. You can get in touch here.
